As IBM Support Insights continues to evolve, here are the details of the application's current progress.

Fixed issues and upgrades

Following is a list of improvements and new implementations in the application.

Nearing the sunset of OMM as a stand-alone application, its functionalities are now integrated into IBM Support Insights.
Previous OMM users are migrated to IBM SI automatically - they can simply access the application with no additional steps required.
Five types of change requests are now available, allowing users to manage their inventory seamlessly:
- Add assets to an existing contract
- Change the installation address
- Change the level of support
- Confirm maintenance is no longer required
- Terminate maintenance coverage

An entirely new coverage status is introduced - Uncovered with future contract - allowing users to keep track of assets with currently expired contracts or warranty and upcoming maintenance contract.
All the application's pages now have unique, addressable URLs, allowing users to navigate directly to specific pages. This capability is also used by the chatbot assistant to help find pages faster.
The global filter formerly known as Expert care is now renamed to Premium contracts adding consistency across the application.
In the application's Inventory management section, the data points containing information on the vendor recommended OS version 1/2/3 are now consolidated into a new data point - Vendor recommended OS versions.
The chatbot assistant is enhanced with an expanded list of available actionable items.
An invitation e-mail checkbox is now available in the user editing dialog window, allowing admins to send welcome e-mails to users - both existing and newly added.
The application's current version is now displayed in the Help dropdown - this way users easily identify when an upgrade as taken place.

Following is a list of usability constraints or challenges in the current version of the application.

Risks & Recommendations - Hardware lifecycle	The chart's months distribution is misaligned visually.	To be fixed in a future release.
