As IBM Support Insights continues to evolve, here are the details of the application's current progress.

Fixed issues and upgrades

Following is a list of improvements and new implementations in the application.

Using the new Security announcements tab, Cisco CSPC users can be quickly informed on security threats to their inventory, and can download a list of their infrastructure portion directly affected by a particular event.
In addition to the Security announcements tab, Cisco CSPC users will also start receiving proactive e-mail notifications of new security vulnerabilities that may directly affect their inventory.
The data points selection used for Global filtering in the application is now expanded, with the addition of the Coverage status field to the available options.
The local table filtering experience is further enriched with the introduction of time-related filters, namely Is later than, Is earlier than and Is between.
Local table filtering is additionally expanded with the introduction of number-related filters, namely Is greater than, Is less than and Is between.

Following is a list of usability constraints or challenges in the current version of the application.

Inventory management - Asset table	Priority is not displayed for some hardware components.	To be fixed in a future release.
Risks & Recommendations - General	Some OS/Firmware alerts might be missing if multiple data collection methods are used.	To be fixed in a future release.
Risks & Recommendations - Security & Hardware lifecycle	When selecting All product families from the dropdown on the top right-hand side, the bar chart disappears.	To be fixed in a future release.
Risks & Recommendations - Security	Assets with 0 security risk are currently shown as having 1 security alert in the asset details table on the page.	To be fixed in a future release.
Risks & Recommendations - Hardware lifecycle	The chart's months distribution is misaligned visually.	To be fixed in a future release.
Administration - Users	Users with an apostrophe in their names cannot be added.	Add the user by manually removing the apostrophe.
Administration - Users	Bulk users load cannot be performed with mix-case e-mail IDs.	Make sure all e-mail IDs in the template are lower-case.
