Monitoring devices
After you install the IBM® Guardium® Exposure Manager agent on the endpoint devices, you can view the list of devices reported by the installed agent in the Devices tab of the Inventory page.
The devices reported by the installed agent are listed in a table in the Devices tab of the Inventory page. The table provides the following details and insights about the reported devices:
- Device name
- Name of the device.
- Registered user
- Name of the user registered for the device.
- Agent version
- Version of the operating system (OS) agent associated with the device.
- OS
- Operating system associated with the device.
- OS version
- Version of the operating system associated with the device.
- First seen
- The date and time when the device was first seen.
- Last reported
- The date and time when the device was last reported.
- Agent status
- Activity status of the agent associated with the device. Agent status can be Active.
- Deployment status
- Status of the device deployment. Deployment status can be Installed.
Note: IBM Guardium Exposure Manager supports only Windows 11 as the OS agent.
By selecting any device listed in the table, you can find more information on the side panel that opens. On the side panel, you find more details in the following sections:
- Device details
- Registered user, operating system, and version of the operating system associated with the device.
- Agent details
- Status and version of the agent, browser types and browser versions monitored by the agent, last reported date and time of the agent.
- Open violations
- List of open violations associated with the device. To see details of a violation, click on a listed violation. You can click View all to see all the open violations associated with the device in a pre-filtered Issues page.
- Metadata
- First seen and last reported date and time of the device.
