Generating GADS reports

Generate, download, and manage GADS performance reports for your wind farms that use the Maximo Renewables portal.

About this task

GADS reports provide performance data at the turbine or subgroup level and can be generated for various time frames. You can reallocate events to fine-tune performance hours and verify data availability for the reporting period.

Procedure

  1. From the Maximo Renewables portal, log in with your credentials.
  2. Click Reports > GADS Reporting.
  3. Select the farm and date range for the report.

    The previous month is selected by default, and the default level is subgroup.

  4. Refresh the view to generate the report.
    The report displays performance data for the selected farm and time frame.
  5. Download the report in CSV format.
    Note: For turbine view, the system loads up to 100 turbines initially. Pagination allows one to view up to 200-300 turbines.
  6. Optional: To reallocate events and update performance hours, click Go to Reallocation under analytics.
    1. Edit the GADS allocations as needed.
    2. Save and publish your changes.
    3. Return to the report and refresh the view to see the updated performance hours.
  7. Optional: To visualize data availability for the selected period, click Data Availability to access the governance module.
