Client Communications Center (CCC)

The CCC portal is the primary communication channel for all updates that are related to IBM® Maximo® Renewables. The portal provides notifications on product updates, general notices, and planned maintenance.

CCC Access

Maximo Renewables Client Communications Center is publicly accessible at the following URL:

https://status.ai-apps-comms.ibm.com/maximorenewables.

Subscribing to notifications

  1. Click E-Mail Subscription.
  2. In the E-mail subscription management window, enter the email address of the person to receive email notifications.
    Note: Email address must be associated with an IBMid.
  3. From the Notification categories list, clear any announcement types that you do not want to receive. All announcement categories are selected by default.
    Category Description
    Announcement Notifications of product updates and general notices.
    Maintenance Notifications of scheduled maintenance and status of maintenance work in progress.
    Alert System-generated alerts. Alerts are not currently configured for use.
    Incident Security incidents or breaches. Incident is not currently configured for use.
    Security Security-specific announcements. Security notifications are not currently configured for use.
  4. Click Privacy Policy to review it.
  5. Click Subscribe.
  6. To receive notifications through RSS feeds, click RSS Feed and add the URL to your preferred feed viewer.

Unsubscribing from email notifications

  1. Click E-Mail Subscription.
  2. In the E-mail subscription management window, click Unsubscribe to notifications.
  3. Click Unsubscribe to notifications, and enter the email address.
