Relational greater than or equal to operator >=
The >= (relational greater than or equal to operator) tests whether the
elements of the left operand are greater than or equal to the corresponding elements of the right
operand. For each element of the result, the value is -1 if the element of the left
operand is greater than or equal to the corresponding element of the right operand. Otherwise, the
value is
0.
Note: A
signed comparison is performed, if either of the operands is a signed integer vector.
The following table lists the vector data types accepted as the operands and the
return types:
| Return types | Left operand types | Right operand types |
|---|---|---|
| vector signed char | vector signed char | vector signed char |
| vector unsigned char | vector unsigned char | |
| vector signed short | vector signed short | vector signed short |
| vector unsigned short | vector unsigned short | |
| vector signed int | vector signed int | vector signed int |
| vector unsigned int | vector unsigned int | |
| vector signed long long | vector signed long long | vector signed long long |
| vector unsigned long long | vector unsigned long long | |
| vector signed int | vector float | vector float |
| vector signed long long | vector double | vector double |
