Target apply updates

Use this metric to track the number of updates being attempted with the database. The counter is incremental on retries.

Units: Cumulative counter
Using: Provides an indication of the type of workload being passed to the database by the subscription, both in terms of the type of record-level operation and the number of operations.; Depending on actual data and configuration, this number may differ significantly from Target "source" updates - it reflects the outcome of target processing activity including: user exits, adaptive apply, conflict detection and resolution, row level operation settings.

Note: If you are applying to a Netezza® database this counter will display as N/A (Not Applicable) as the CDC Replication Engine for Netezza Technology does not perform update operations. Updates that occur on the source database are replicated using DELETE and INSERT operations to minimize impact on the Netezza database.
