Using the Backup and Restore Utilities

You can use the nzbackup command to back up a database, including all schema objects and all table data within the database. However, since AEs consist of user-created code that is not stored in the database, the standard Netezza Performance Server backup does not back up AEs. Netezza Performance Server Analytics provides two extra commands to back up and restore AEs: inzabackup and inzarestore.
