Open a
case:
- Set
Product support for Type of
support.
- Specify the title of the ticket.
- Specify
IBM as the Product
manufacturer.
- Specify
Netezza Performance Server as the product.
- Specify the severity.
- Include a description and preferred language for communication.
- Click
Submit case.
