You can change the information about a stakeholder or system and the details of the channel used to send notifications.
Before you begin
Make sure that your user or team permissions are set to manage notifier lists.
About this task
The same stakeholder or system can be used in multiple notifier lists. When you edit the details of a stakeholder or system, the change is applied only to the notifier list that you are editing.
Procedure

Click Alerts.

Click the Notifier lists tab.

Click the Edit icon of the notifier list that contains the stakeholder or system information that you want to edit.
To locate a notifier list, you can use the Search feature. You can also click the Open filters icon to narrow the list by notifier, by the date the notifier list was created, or by who created the notifier list.

Under Attached notifiers, click the Edit icon of the notifier that you want to edit.

In Edit notifier, edit the details of the stakeholder, system, or notification channel.

Click Save changes.
A message opens to notify you that your changes don't affect the same notifier in another list.

Click Acknowledge.

Click Save changes.
