First IBM publication.

This is a new Message Bus gateway. It is a Java-based implementation with its respective dependency components (see the Requirements section in Summary). This gateway is more efficient with the Java libraries than the previous version.

Note: The IBM Tivoli Netcool/OMNIbus Message Bus 2 gateway does not contain the Transformer functionality present in the previous Message Bus gateway. The Message Bus 2 gateway only transforms event data to JSON format.
