Modifying a model for a linear program (LP)

These routines support modifying a model for continuous optimization, such as linear programming (LP).

CPXXchgbds and CPXchgbds
The routine CPXXchgbds/CPXchgbds changes the lower or upper bounds on a set of variables of a problem.
CPXXchgcoef and CPXchgcoef
