Including the preprocessors in the archiving process

To include one or more preprocessors, you must change the instance configuration. You can specify one preprocessor per MIME type.

In Configuration Feature, take these steps in Extended settings view:

1. Open the instance configuration that you want to change.
2. Go to Logical Archives > Logical repository Archive id.
3. Complete the Preprocessors section.
4. Repeat steps 2 and 3 for each logical archive that is to use one or more preprocessors.

In a server configuration profile, you find several of the following specifications that relate to the preprocessing of outgoing documents:
