Upgrading Data Collector engines

After you save a StreamSets environment, you cannot change the Data Collector engine version. To upgrade, create a new environment that uses a later engine version and run the engine.

You can then edit existing flows and jobs to use the new environment. The upgraded flows and jobs can use the new features available in the later engine version. The upgraded flows and jobs can no longer use the earlier engine version.
