User roles and permissions

Learn about the two types of user accounts in B2B Integration SaaS.

Company administrators

Company administrators are called Admins. Admins can:

  • Manage company information
  • Add or delete user accounts
  • Assign application access to users

Company users

Company users are simply called Users. Users can:

  • View and edit their own contact information
  • View and use the tools to which they have access
  • View company information and policies
Note: Some tools within B2B Integration SaaS may support different user roles and permissions. Be sure to check product-specific documentation to see what capabilities are available to different user roles.
