Viewing unprocessed files

Unprocessed files are files that have been received, but are not yet associated with any processing events.

You can see unprocessed files by going to Data > Unprocessed files.

When a processing event occurs for an unprocessed file, it disappears from this list. Any file that stays on this list for an extended period can indicate a problem.
