Checking and changing your active business views

Company administrators can grant or deny access to business views. As a user, you can then decide which of your business views are active or inactive. If a business view is active, its data appears in your search results.

Checking your active business views

There are two ways to check your active business views:

  1. Hover your cursor over the eye icon. A list of your active business views will display. The color of the eye icon is also noteworthy: if the icon is green, all of your business views are active. If the icon is yellow, at least one of your business views is inactive.
  2. Go to your Preferences page and click the Business views tab. Your active business views are checked, while your inactive business views are not checked.

Changing your active business views

Go to your Preferences page and click the Business views tab. Select business views to make them active and deselect them to make them inactive, then click Save to apply your changes.
