Acknowledgment statuses

When your company is onboarded, it can choose whether or not to receive acknowledgments from its trading partners. These acknowledgments tell your company whether or not the data that it sent to its trading partners was received successfully. Opting into this feature adds an Acknowledgment status to your documents and files, which is visible in the Acknowledged field of your search results as well as the Document detail page. You can also use an Advanced search to search by acknowledgment status.

InFlight acknowledgment statuses include:

• None – No acknowledgment was requested by your company during onboarding. If your company would like to start receiving acknowledgments, contact IBM Customer Support.
• Waiting – An acknowledgment was requested, but has not yet been received.
• Accepted – An acknowledgment was processed and the document was accepted.
• Accepted with errors – An acknowledgment was processed and the document was accepted with some errors. Information about these errors can be found by clicking the Acknowledgment detail icon on the Document detail page. For help with this document, contact IBM Customer Support.
• Rejected – An acknowledgment was processed and the document was rejected. More information can be found by clicking the Acknowledgment detail icon on the Document detail page. For help with this document, contact IBM Customer Support.
• Overdue – An acknowledgment was requested, but was not received in the configured time frame. To change the time frame in which you would like to receive acknowledgments, contact IBM Customer Support.
• Partially accepted – An acknowledgment was processed, and at least one document in the group was rejected. More information can be found by clicking the Acknowledgment detail icon on the Document detail page. For help with this document, contact IBM Customer Support.
• Received – The data was received, and acknowledgment details are coming later.
• Manually acknowledged – An automatic acknowledgment was not received, but a user has used InFlight to acknowledge the document manually.
