IBM Sterling Supplier Portal messages

If you are using the Vendor ID feature of the Sterling Supplier Portal application, you can use InFlight to locate documents related to a particular Vendor ID. Go to the Advanced drop-down menu on the Search for documents search criteria panel, select ExtraInfo1 in the Business field 1 field, and type the supplier-specific Vendor ID in the text box.

If you are using the Vendor Compliance feature of the Sterling Supplier Portal and Sterling Supply Chain Visibility applications, you can use InFlight to locate documents related to a Vendor chargeback. To locate chargeback documents, search for documents with the type CHARGE_BACK.
