Deleting users

You can delete users when they leave your company or no longer need access.

About this task

Deleting a user permanently removes them from B2Bi SaaS Hub after 28 days, and you can only restore their account up until this deadline.

Procedure

  1. Go to Settings > Manage users.
  2. Search for the user whose account you want to delete.
  3. Click on the three-dot menu at the end of their row on the search page. Or, if the user has multiple accounts, click on their name and then click the three-dot menu next to the account you want to delete.
  4. Click Delete. You have 28 days to restore the account before it is permanently deleted.
