After you contract for IBM Sterling e-Invoicing, the IBM Onboarding group e-mails a Welcome Letter and questionnaire to your company's contact person for IBM Sterling e-Invoicing. The questionnaire requests the following information to help IBM set up your connection to IBM Sterling e-Invoicing:

• Services requested
• Protocol used to connect to IBM Sterling B2B Integration SaaS
• Formats of incoming invoices
• Names of trading partners
• VAT IDs of trading partners
• Countries of compliance
