Mandatory Invoice Data

IBM Sterling e-Invoicing requires the following information to be located in the inbound invoice data:

• Invoice date
• Invoice number
• Supplier VAT ID
• Supplier full name and address
• Buyer VAT ID
• Buyer full name and address
• Quantity and line item detail (nature of the goods supplied or the extent and nature of the services rendered)
• Break down of the taxable amount per VAT rate
• VAT taxable amount
• VAT rate applied
• Exemptions applied including references
• VAT amount payable
