About this task
From the View Alerts page, users with appropriate access have the ability to
Edit, Delete, or Copy a setup.
In addition to listing the email address/trading partner ID information associated with the alert
profile set up for the selected mailslot, the View Alerts page also indicates
whether the profile is set up for an alert based on Interchange, File, Daily, or Monthly criteria.
Procedure
To view your current threshold alert criteria, follow these steps:
- From the Alerts tab, select View Alerts .
The View Alerts page is displayed.
Note: You will also enter the
View Alerts page when you click
Submit from the
Create Volume Threshold Alerts page, the
Copy Volume Threshold Alert page, or the
Volume Threshold
Maintenance page.
On the View Alerts page, users with full,
read-only, or volume alerts select access will only see setups associated with their email address.
Users with admin access will be able to see all profiles set up for volume threshold alerts that are
associated with the selected mailslot. Those users with Select Access without Volume Alerts
authority will not see Add Alert at the bottom of the page, or the Copy
button next to the setup.
Besides listing the Email Address and Trading
Partner ID information associated with the alert profile set up for the selected mailslot, the page
will indicate if the profile is set up for an alert based on Interchange, File, Daily, or Monthly
criteria.
If you requested to be alerted based on the number of bytes or kilocharacters sent,
the File column is populated with the word “Send." If you requested to be alerted based on the
number of bytes or kilocharacter received, the File column is populated with the word “Receive." If
both have been set up, the File column indicates “Receive/Send."
- Select a mailslot from the drop-down box for the alerts you want to view. You can only
select mailslots for which you have permission.
- Click the appropriate button next to the setup you want to Edit,
Delete, or Copy.
