Viewing EDI IDs associated with a mailslot

The EDI ID List page enables viewing of EDI IDs associated with a mailslot.

About this task

The EDI ID List page enables you to select a mailslot and view any EDI IDs associated with that mailslot.

Procedure

To select a mailslot and view EDI IDs, complete the following steps:
  1. From the menu, select ID Maintenance > EDI ID List.
  2. Select the mailslot ID from the EDI ID List - Mailslot drop-down field to view EDI IDs.
    The following table describes the components on the EDI ID List page:
    Mailslot (drop-down field)

    Identifier for your mailslot. An optional description displays for the mailslot, if a description was indicated when creating or editing a user account.

    EDI ID

    Displays the trading partner EDI IDs associated with the selected mailslot.

    Qualifier

    Displays the qualifier that corresponds with an EDI ID.

    Status

    Current status of the EDI ID. The following status values are available:

    Active
    This EDI ID is active for the selected mailslot.
    Pending
    The EDI ID is currently being processed for association with this mailslot.
