User Name Administration page
The User Name Administration page:
- Enables you to select available mailslots and display user names associated with the mailslot.
- Displays user accounts already created in Sterling Document Tracking.
- Accesses the User Name Maintenance page to either edit, create, or delete a user account.
Note: This page is only available to users with Admin access.
When creating a user account, consider that administrator accounts can access the User Name Administration page.

User Name Administration page
The following table describes the components on the User Name Administration page:

You are currently logged on as: |
Information display only. Provides the user account currently used to log on to Sterling Document Tracking. |

Mailslot |
Provides a list of available mailslot IDs, if applicable. To switch the mailslot, select the ID from the drop-down box. |

Create an Access Report |
Enables you to launch or create a user-run report that returns User ID, Mailslot, Company, and Access Rights. Select the output from .xls, .csv, .xlsx, or .xltx. |

User Name |
Names defined for user accounts already created in Sterling Document Tracking. Note: User names are defined using a valid email address. |

Access Level |
Level of access defined for a user account. Available options include the following:

Edit |
Enables you to edit a user account. Note: After you click Edit, the
User Name Maintenance page displays. |

Delete |
Enables you to delete a user account. |

Add New User |
Enables you to create a user account. Note: After you click Add New
User, the User Name Maintenance page displays. |

Return |
Returns to the previous page. |
