Searching for mailbags

Before you begin

If you are a Hosted Translation customer, do not use this procedure. You must contact Customer Support to get tracking information for your mailbag.

About this task

Mailbags are used only for data flow between customers and trading partners on other networks.

Results

Once the Search results are displayed, the mailbag number can be found in the Receiver Mailbag # column.

If the data is current week, you can click View Outbox Detail and the mailbag number can be found there.

If no mailbag number is listed, verify that the receiver ID is a customer by clicking the Receiver ID link. This opens a new window that displays the Lookup Trading Partner tool.
