The 020 or 030 report was not delivered to the intended receiver. The mailslot specified to receive the report was set up for outdial, but a phone number was not specified. The report cannot be delivered without a phone number.

Correcting 7304

To correct Error 7304, follow these steps:
  1. Contact Customer Service with the phone number that should be dialed to deliver the report.
  2. Request that Customer Service regenerate the report.
