The 020 or 030 report was not delivered to the intended receiver. The mailslot specified to receive the report was set up as a non-customer and receives data via outdial. Mailslots of this type are not eligible to receive B2B Integration SaaS reports.

Correcting 7303

To correct Error 7303, follow these steps:
  1. Contact Customer Service to resolve the setup issue with the 020 or 030 reports. The report can either be redirected to a mailslot that is eligible to receive reports, or the request for the report can be deleted.
  2. If the setup issue can be resolved, request that Customer Service regenerate the report.
