The 020 or 030 report was not delivered to the intended receiver. The mailslot specified to receive the report was set up as a non-customer and receives data via outdial. Mailslots of this type are not eligible to receive B2B Integration SaaS reports.
Correcting 7303
To correct Error 7303, follow
these steps:
- Contact Customer Service to resolve the setup issue with the 020 or 030 reports. The report can either be redirected to a mailslot that is eligible to receive reports, or the request for the report can be deleted.
- If the setup issue can be resolved, request that Customer Service regenerate the report.
