Correcting 7301

To correct Error 7301, follow these steps:
  1. Determine which mailslot should be receiving these reports.
  2. Contact Customer Service for assistance in correcting the setup by either defining the specified mailslot or directing the report to a mailslot that does exist.
  3. Request that Customer Service regenerate the report.
