Error 0808

Interchange was not delivered to your business partner. It contains a sender ID, receiver ID and interchange control number that has already been delivered to your trading partner. Your trading partner is not willing to accept duplicate interchange control numbers from you.

Correcting 0808

To correct Error 0808, follow these steps:
  1. Determine why you sent an interchange with a duplicate control number.
  2. If you need to allow duplicate control numbers to process when sending to this trading partner, contact your trading partner. They will need to contact Customer Support to alter the duplicate check configurations on their mailslot in order to allow you to send duplicates.
  3. Once this is complete, you can have Customer Support restart the interchange or you can resend it.
