The interchange was not delivered to the intended receiver. An interchange trailer segment (such as IEA or EG) contained a group count data element that did not match the B2B Integration SaaS physical group count.

To correct Error 0803, follow these steps:
  1. Correct the group count problem so it does not occur in future transmissions.
  2. If you have questions about your translation software, call your translation software vendor.
  3. Send the interchange again.
