The EDIFACT or TRADACOMS interchange was not delivered to the intended receiver. The UNT or MTR trailer segment contained an inaccurate segment count.

Correcting 0412

To correct Error 0412, follow these steps:
  1. Check the outbound file you send to B2B Integration SaaS. Confirm that there are no missing segments in the appropriate message.
  2. If the file you sent has no missing segments, call Customer Service to verify what data was received. It is possible that data was lost during communications.
  3. If necessary, correct the message segment count so the problem does not occur in future transmissions.
  4. Send the interchange again.
