The interchange was not delivered to the intended receiver. An SE interchange trailer segment contained an inaccurate segment count in the Transaction Set Segment Count (SE01 data element).

Correcting 0407

To correct Error 0407, follow these steps:
  1. Check the outbound file you sent to B2B Integration SaaS. Confirm that there are no missing segments in the appropriate transaction set.
  2. If the file you sent has no missing segments, call Customer Service to verify what data was received. It is possible that data was lost during communications.
  3. If necessary, correct the Transaction Set Segment Count (SE01 data element) so the problem will not occur in future transmissions.
  4. Send the interchange again.
