The interchange was not delivered to the intended receiver. The interchange's intended receiver requires BG interchange header segments from all trading partners. B2B Integration SaaS could not convert your ISA or ICS envelope to a BG envelope for this receiver because your data element delimiter was not an asterisk (*).

Correcting 0406

To correct Error 0406, follow these steps:
  1. If possible, change the data element delimiter for this receiver to an asterisk (*) in the partner profile table of your translation software. If you have questions about your translation software, call your translation software vendor.
  2. Send the interchange again.
