The interchange was not delivered to the intended receiver. The interchange contained a receiver ID but the B2B Integration SaaS profile of the receiver is not set up correctly to receive EDI/Fax deliveries.

Correcting 0310

To correct Error 0310, follow these steps:
  1. Verify the receiver ID is correct.
  2. Have your trading partner call Customer Service to set up the their receiver for EDI/Fax deliveries.
  3. Send the interchange again or ask Customer Service to restart the interchange through B2B Integration SaaS processing.
