The interchange was not delivered to the intended receiver. The interchange contains a sender ID and receiver ID that do not have proper trading partner authorization set up on IBM Sterling B2B Integration SaaS. You are not authorized to send to this receiver ID.

Correcting 0250

To correct Error 0250, follow these steps:
  1. Ask your business partner to contact Customer Support to set up business partner overrides for your sender ID.
  2. After the overrides are set up, Customer Support can restart the interchange.
