The interchange was not delivered to the intended receiver. The interchange could not be carbon copied as requested by either you or the receiver. The interchange contains a sender ID, receiver ID, functional group type or combination thereof that is not set up for the Carbon Copy Service.

Correcting 0233

To correct Error 0233, follow these steps:
  1. Call Customer Service to verify Carbon Copy Service is set up correctly in your or the customer profile of the receiver on B2B Integration SaaS.
  2. After setting up the Carbon Copy Service correctly, send the interchange again or ask Customer Service to restart the interchange through B2B Integration SaaS processing.
