The interchange was not delivered to the intended receiver. The interchange could not be translated for Fast Fax delivery. Fast Fax is a type of EDI/Fax delivery. For Fast Fax, the receiver ID of the data includes the fax telephone number of the receiver.

Correcting 0229

To correct Error 0229, follow these steps:
  1. Call Customer Service and request Fast Fax translation setup. Ask Customer Service to verify that your sender ID is authorized to send Fast Fax.
  2. Once Fast Fax translation is set up, send the interchange again or ask Customer Service to restart the interchange through B2B Integration SaaS processing.
