The interchange was not delivered to the intended receiver. One of the following occurred:
  • The interchange contained both a sender ID and receiver ID that are not specified in the B2B Integration SaaS customer profiles.
  • The interchange contained both a sender ID and receiver ID that are defined on B2B Integration SaaS for non-customers. However, at least one trading partner must be a B2B Integration SaaS customer.

Correcting 0208

To correct Error 0208, follow these steps:
  1. Verify that both sender and receiver IDs are correct in the partner profile table of your translation software.
    • If the IDs are incorrect, fix the problem interchange.
    • If the IDs are correct, verify with your trading partner that the receiver ID you are using is correct. If the receiver ID is incorrect, fix the problem interchange.
  2. Call Customer Service to verify both the sender and receiver IDs are correct in the B2B Integration SaaS customer profiles.
  3. Send the interchange again.
