Activity page

The Activity page provides a snapshot summary of the information about recently sent or received documents for monitoring and analyzing document exchange activity within a specific mail slot. This dashboard serves as a central hub for tracking document flow patterns, trading partner interactions, and document type distributions over a configurable time period.

This view provides the following options.

Date/Time Range

Select from the current hour up to the last 7 days:

• Last 60 minutes
• Last 2 hours
• Last 4 hours
• Last 12 hours
• Last 1 day
• Last 3 days
• Last 7 days

Document Types

The drop-down list of document types displays all document types that your mailslot has sent or received over the last 35 days. Select a specific document or see the top 5 document types for the specified period of time or Trading Partner.

Trading Partners

The drop-down list of trading partners displays all partners with whom your mailslot has exchanged data in the last 35 days. Select a specific trading partner or see the top 5 trading partners for the specified period of time or document type.
