Selecting existing shareable PGP keys for trading partners

You can add an existing shareable key by associating it with a trading partner.

About this task

On the Add key modal, select the Select existing shareable key option and follow the instructions.

Procedure

  1. Click Create PGP key.
  2. On the Select existing PGP key window, select a trading partner company.
    If you do not see your trading partner association in the list, contact your administrator.
  3. Select the type of business alias from CTE business alias and its corresponding Production business alias displays automatically.
  4. Select the available existing shareable key from the drop down.
  5. Provide a description.
  6. Click Associate.
    This process completes associating an existing shareable key with the trading partner.
