Importing envelopes in bulk
You can use bulk import job to import more than one envelope.
Procedure

On the Jobs listing page, click Import to begin bulk import of envelopes.
Note: For optimal performance, you can import up to 2000 envelopes in a single import job.
- On the Import modal, select the Resource type as Envelope.
- In Environment type, select the environment of your choice.
- Select a business alias.
- Optional: Select the Override existing resource checkbox if you want to override the configuration after importing the envelope.
- Optional:
Click Duplicate configuration check to verify whether envelopes with the same configuration have been deployed before.
This step avoids runtime errors.
- Optional:
Select the Create empty map if one does not exist checkbox if you want to create an empty map during the import process. Alternatively, if a map is already available, skip this step.
This action creates a map with the name that is used in the export file.
- Optional:
Select the Deploy the imported resource to deploy the envelopes to the selected environment.
When the Deploy the imported resource checkbox is selected, the Mark the imported envelopes as Tested and release the lock after deployment checkbox is enabled by default. This checkbox closes the CTE update and deployment process so that the envelope configuration is available for other users for use.

Click Import.
The job is submitted. A new entry is now created on the Jobs listing page.
