Creating PGP keys within trading partner business aliases

After you associate a trading partner business alias, you might want to create a PGP key within it.

About this task

On the Business tab, click the name of the business trading partner from the Trading partner list page. The Trading partner CTE and production environment's list page displays a list of all PGP keys that are associated to the trading partner.

Procedure

  1. Click Add key.
  2. On the Add key modal, enter a PGP key name.
  3. Optional: To create a variant PGP key, select the Use a different PGP key in CTE and production checkbox. Otherwise, leave the checkbox cleared.
  4. To make the PGP key shareable, select Shareable. Otherwise, select Exclusive, which is selected by default.
  5. Provide a description for your PGP key.
  6. Click Create PGP key.
    The PGP key is now created within the business trading partner.
