Managing user access to resources as an administrator

An administrator (admin) can grant or remove user access to maps and code lists in Configuration Hub by assigning resource access through B2Bi SaaS Hub.

Default access

By default, a company user (user) role is given access to code lists in Configuration Hub. An admin can assign users map access by updating resource access for their users through B2Bi SaaS Hub. An admin is automatically granted access to both maps and code lists.

Managing user access through B2Bi SaaS Hub

An admin can complete the following steps to manage users' access to resources through B2Bi SaaS Hub.
  1. Log in to B2Bi SaaS Hub.
  2. Click Administration.
  3. Click My company.
  4. Click Manage users.
  5. From the Manage users page, select the user's Name.
    Important: Users who switched to B2Bi SaaS Hub are listed alphabetically in the All SCBN Hub users tab. Users who are still using Customer Center are listed alphabetically in the Legacy tab.
  6. In the Application access section, locate the Configuration Hub application.
  7. For Configuration Hub, click the overflow menu and select Edit.
  8. In the Edit application modal Resource access section, manage the user's access to Maps and code lists or Code lists only.
