Finding and downloading maps

You can use the search and sort functions on the Mappings page to find your maps that are currently used in IBM Sterling B2B Integration SaaS. You can also filter the display to view which maps are locked or checked out, and which user currently holds a lock or check-out on maps.

The search is not case-sensitive and you can enter any part of the map name. After you find a map, you can download it, and check it out to edit it in the map editor. The available actions that you can take on a map depend on the status of the map. Company administrators (admins) can do some override actions, such as overriding a check-out or lock.

You can sort the list of maps on the Mappings page in ascending or descending order by clicking any column heading.

The Checked out tab displays all maps that are currently checked out. The Locked tab displays all maps that are currently locked. Click Filter on the Checked out or Locked tab to further filter the maps held by users or business alias.

You can download the most recent map, regardless of the status of the map.
  1. From the Mappings page, click the Download icon for the map that you want to download. The Download map modal is displayed.
  2. Be sure that the Source map checkbox is selected.
  3. If you want to download the MRS document that is associated with this map, select the MRS document checkbox.
  4. Click Download. The source map (and the MRS document, if selected) is downloaded to your default folder.
