Reviewing map changes

As a business administrator, or as a business user with production deployment privilege, you can review the changes that are done to maps by business users. The maps that are ready for review or deployment are displayed in the Pending review and Pending production deploy tabs on the Mappings page.

From the Mappings page, the following tabs are available to you as a business administrator and as a business user with the production deploy privilege.

Pending review

To review maps, refer to the following procedure.
  1. Click the Action options menu.
  2. From the Action options menu, select Assign to me. The option appears only for you, as business administrators, for those maps that are pending for reviews and are not submitted to you.
  3. Refer to Approving or rejecting maps.

Pending production deploy

To review maps, for deployment, refer to Deploying maps.

Alternatively, you might want a business user to rework on the map. For more information, see Reconsider for reviews.

Rejected review

The map reviews and deploy requests rejected are displayed here. You can assign the rejected map for rework to either the same business user or to a different user who might have access to the map.
