Adding CTE configurations for outbound (push) connection
The push mode helps you to set up a connection for Configuration Hub to push the data over to your company. After you create a connection, set the CTE configurations to push the data.
Procedure

Select the HTTPS method.
By default, GET is selected.
- Input the URL.

To input a connection identifier, use the Connection identifier field. To add more than one connection identifier, click Add connection identifier.
You can add up to 20 connection identifiers.
- Required:
By default, the Request body type drop down is set to
Raw Request Body. To input data into the format of the request body, retain the default option. Alternatively, to provide other data type in the same request, select Multipart Form Data from the drop down.Another field populates. Use that field to input other data types within the same request. - Input a value 5 - 300 (in seconds) in Connection timeout.

If you selected HTTPS protocol, the following fields display.
- Required:
By default, the Response timeout is set to
30 seconds, by default. You can change this value. However, do not leave the field blank. - Required: For retry options, you can choose either Linear (default) and Exponential. For more information, see Connection timeout retries.
- Optional: From the4XX codes and 5XX codes dropdowns, configure for the application to bypass selected errors when encountered.
- Optional: Select the Pack attachments to configure packing attachments. For more information, see Pack attachments.
- Required:
Select a destination file. Use this field to configure the name and format of the destination file. By default, Use source file name is selected.
If you select Use static while editing the connection, the destination file is overwritten with the new version.

By default, the Response timeout is set to

To enable secured connection, set the SSL certificates to On. For more information, see Enabling SSL certificates.
You can leave the SSL certificates to Off to accept or trust all connections. For security reasons, it is not recommended.

If you want to add a query for this connection, use the Query toggle. Click Add query to input the query name and its value.
You can add up to 20 queries. For more information, see Query and Header values.

If you want to use a header for this connection, use the Header toggle. Click Add header to input the header and its value.
You can add up to 20 headers. For more information, see Query and Header values.

To enable sharing response with your connection, toggle the Share response to on.
- After you have enabled Share response, provide the document type for the response.
- Select your inbound connection to initiate sharing a response.
- Optional:
If your connection is of the
non-hybridtype, select your outbound connection to receive the shared response.The share response option is applicable only for private connection. - Optional: Select the Share error responses checkbox to receive all responses, including a success response, for any errors that might be encountered.
- If you want to add authentication for this connection, use the Authentication toggle. Use the Authentication type drop-down to select the type of authentication you want to use. The application supports the following authentication types.
- To deploy to the test environment, click Deploy to CTE.

If you test the connection using the SCBN B2Bi SaaS API Gateway, select the Yes checkbox.

- To proceed, click Continue to production. Or click Save, on the upper-right corner, to save the changes.
