Representation of partial milestones

How your partial milestones are represented depends on which milestone is your anchor.

When Order or Acknowledge is the anchor, partial milestones for Ship, Invoice, and Pay are represented by a dashed green border (incomplete), and completed milestones are represented by a solid green border (complete).

When Ship, Invoice, or Pay is the anchor, partial milestones are not indicated with a dashed green border. These milestones are only partial in the context of a particular anchored order.

When you search for partial documents or milestones, the results are always anchored on the Order milestone. For example, if you search for partial shipments the results are for orders partially shipped.

Order milestones are never partially complete.
