Duplicate documents

Duplicate documents are counted within the widgets on the dashboard, but are ignored within the transaction flows.

BTI identifies duplicate documents in a transaction flow by looking at the control numbers of the document at the transaction, group, and interchange level. If they are all the same, the duplicates are ignored within the summarization, but will still be reflected within the dashboard widgets. No data is lost in this process. Currently, there is no way for users to identify that BTI has processed duplicates.
