Document information in InFlight

If you process your documents through SCBN, you can use the SCBN document code to get more information about a document using InFlight's Document detail screen.

Copy the SCBN document code from the Milestone history pane in BTI, then go to InFlight and paste it in the search bar using Search for doc code as your search parameter. If no results appear, check the search criteria pane and make sure that the date of the document you are looking for falls within the Start date/time and End date/time of your search. From the Document detail screen, you can see the File details, Event details, and Attachment details of each event associated with your document.

You can only do this for documents that have an an SCBN document code associated with them.
